The name Lodskam, the lodskam.com domain, and any associated logos, slogans, or visual identifiers are trademarks or service marks of Lodskam. You may not use these marks in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement, or misrepresent affiliation with Lodskam without explicit written permission.

Reference to third-party trademarks appearing on the platform is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement or partnership unless explicitly stated.

5. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Certain content on the platform may be licensed from third parties, including instructors, illustrators, or content partners. Such content remains the property of the respective rights holders and is made available under agreements between Lodskam and those parties. Upon receipt of a valid notice, Lodskam will investigate and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content while the matter is reviewed. Repeated or clear infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

If you believe content you submitted was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to info@lodskam.com. Your counter-notice must include your identification, the location of the removed content before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the platform's dispute resolution process.

The software, algorithms, source code, database structures, and technical infrastructure underlying the Lodskam platform are proprietary and protected. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the platform.
