All content available on Lodskam — including but not limited to video lectures, illustrations, written materials, course structures, brand elements, and software — is the exclusive property of Lodskam or its licensors. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view platform content for your personal educational use only. This license does not include the right to download (unless explicitly enabled), copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content.
5.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit any content to the platform — such as comments, questions, or feedback — you grant Lodskam a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and incorporate such content for operational and improvement purposes. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to submit such content.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Pricing
Fees for courses or subscriptions are displayed on the platform at the time of purchase. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with notice provided through the platform.
6.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a per-product basis and will be communicated at the point of purchase. Where refunds are available, requests must be submitted within the stated refund window by contacting info@lodskam.com. Completed or substantially consumed courses may not be eligible for refund.
6.3 Failed or Disputed Payments
If a payment is declined or disputed, access to paid content may be suspended until the matter is resolved. We are not responsible for third-party payment processor fees or currency conversion charges.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for convenience only. Lodskam does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.
8. Disclaimers

9. Limitation of Liability
